The Saxenburg Diamond Hill Syrah has an alluring nose with dark cherries, ripe blackberries, and a combination of black pepper and floral violet notes. These follow through to a palate that is wonderfully weighted, with fine-grained tannins that provide just enough grip.

The Syrah batches from 2021 are perfumed, with aromatics of both red and black fruit, as well as beautiful black pepper notes. This wine has a concentrated density and structure, characteristic of the 2021 vintage.
